New South Performance PowerGasket

The PowerGasket radially reduces the heat transfer from the cylinder head to the intake manifold. This gives you cooler, denser air for more horsepower and performance from your engine. The PowerGasket is made from a high performance polymer, PowerGasket conducts on average less than 1/500th of the heat of the steel gasket it replaces.

Here is a graph submitted by one of our happy PowerGasket customers showing the intake temps before and after the PowerGasket, this testing was done on a 2002 Jetta 1.8T with Chip, Intake and Exhaust.
